REPAIR SERVICE - Bracelet

No prior notice is required.
Please send your item directly with a written note specifying the repair service you would like (e.g., re-dyeing, rubber replacement).

Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries immediately. Thank you for your understanding.


Repair Process

Please send your Yakusugi Bead Bracelet or Yakusugi Bead Bracelet+ to us.
After inspecting the condition of the item, we will send you a repair estimate and invoice by email via the Square payment system.

If you agree with the estimate, please proceed with payment using the Square link provided in the email.
Your repair request will be considered confirmed once payment has been received.

Please note:

  • Emails may not be delivered properly to mobile phone email addresses.

  • We do not send payment confirmation emails.


Basic Fees (excluding tax)

  • Re-dyeing (not available for “+” type): ¥500

  • Rubber replacement: Free

  • Hemp oil application: Free

  • Bead replacement: ¥500 per bead

  • Bead replacement (“+” type): ¥700 per bead

Shipping fees and tax will be charged separately.

  • Bank transfer (Japan Post Bank)

  • PayPal

  • Credit card (via Square)


Important Notes / Risks

If there are cracks in the beads, they may break during the dyeing or drying process.
In such cases, replacement beads will need to be purchased.

Estimated processing time: 1 week to 1 month

  • Your return shipping address (please include your phone number)

  • Your email address (for sending the invoice)

If you include a prepaid return envelope (e.g., Letter Pack), we will use it for the return shipment.


Repairs are processed in the order received after we have accepted your package.
Please note that we are unable to send confirmation upon package arrival, and processing may take some time.
