Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, such as differences in color, texture, or size.
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you believe your order falls under one of the above conditions.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

Unused and unwashed

In their original condition

Returned with original packaging, where possible
- Free from any odors, including perfume, fragrance, smoke, or fabric softener
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Return Process

Please do not return items without prior confirmation.
Shipping Costs

If the return or exchange is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

In all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
