Repairs are available for BUAISOU products only.

Each repair is carried out with care, taking into account the material, construction, and character of each piece, allowing it to continue being worn and used over time.

Please note that emails sent from mobile phone email addresses may not be delivered properly.

Repairs are processed in the order received after we have accepted your package and confirmed payment.
Please note that we are unable to send confirmation upon package arrival.

Once we receive your item, we will provide a final and accurate repair estimate. Repairs will begin after payment has been confirmed.
Depending on the time of year, repairs may take 1–3 months (standard turnaround time is approximately 2 months).
