This is a large, lightweight scarf measuring approx. 100cm by 200cm.
The addition of ultra-fine ramie fibers subtly crisps the smooth texture of the silk-cashmere blend. Although thin, the fabric has a three-dimensional structure that retains air and warmth, highlighting the natural insulation of cashmere.

Cashmere has a strong affinity for indigo dye among animal fibers, maintaining its soft texture even after dyeing. Ramie, one of the strongest plant fibers, offers excellent colorfastness and retains its stiffness even at ultra-fine counts.

This stole is the result of years of development driven by a desire to create a fabric ideally suited for indigo dyeing. By boldly combining the sheen of silk, the softness of cashmere, and the strength and structure of ramie, we have created a scarf that is thin, light, and durable.

We entrusted the weaving to MUTO in Yamanashi Prefecture, a region renowned for its Kai silk and expertise in fine textiles. The fabric is slowly woven on shuttle looms using proprietary technology that allows ultra-fine yarns to be handled with precision, preserving the unique qualities of each material.

Each piece is individually handmade and indigo-dyed.
As a result, natural variations in color, texture, and pattern are to be expected.

These variations are not imperfections, but part of the unique character and depth inherent to natural dyeing—something fundamentally different from printed or synthetic-dyed products.
